Awkward Moment

During an interview, it is common to find a candidate at a loss for an answer.

But, have you ever been on an Interview panel where the interviewers run out of questions ? I mean “relevant” questions .

Happens more often than we would like to admit !

It is not difficult to imagine “ why ? ”

Hence, it is common to come across such awkward moments of deafening silence !
