I am sure, you are aware that Interviewer carries our

Conventional Resume Search Engine


But, for this Resume Search Engine to work ( offline ) effectively, you need to download, many Profiles from our website,

Please do so. Just note down the Permanent Executive Numbers (PEN) that you will find at

PEN – Wise Search.

But what if you wish to interviewer some candidates ( using Interviewer ), who are NOT Registered on http://www.indiarecruiter.net/ ?

No problem. Just ask them to register, get PEN and phone you. Then enter PEN in Interviewer to download their profiles.

There is no better way to figure out, if the text resumes ( which you may have downloaded from Naukri / MonsterIndia / Timesjobs etc. ) are fake or genuine !
