Dear HR Manager / Recruitment Consultant

No Place to Hide

What info can a candidate hide / fake in a resume ?

As an experienced recruiter, you know “ what ”.

So, as you read a resume, your eyes are trying to catch and your brain is trying to collate /corroborate info such as,

Ø Age ( Birth date )
Ø Educational Qualifications ( with years of passing )
Ø Experience ( Since passing / total / current )
Ø Salary (commensurate with designation/exp ?)
Ø Projects Vs Key Skills used (for IT guys )
Ø Current tenure (a job-jumper ? )
Ø Career – Profile (Dead Wood Vs High Flyer)

Not an easy job-especially if you have to read / interpret 50 resumes in order to decide, which 3 are truly “ genuine ”.

Unless you refuse to accept plain text resumes and insist on

Profiles

When you insist on Profiles, a candidate has

No Place to Hide

For 374 subscribers, this is a good enough reason to insist on Profiles

With Warm Regards
