Dear HR Manager / Headhunter

Why bother ?

Why should you bother to register on a website, which has only 33 resumes ? ( we call these Profiles : the new currency of recruitment )

You may need to ask this question to 271 Corporates / Recruitment Agencies / Headhunters who went ahead and registered nevertheless. And quite a lot of them are Industry-leaders ! Look-up Our Subscribers

But my guess is :

Ø They were fed up of reading everyday, hundreds of text resumes ( often, poorly written fiction ! )

Ø They liked the graphical personal analytics of Profiles , which were so easy to interpret and so difficult to fudge ( automatically generated without candidate intervention )

Ø They vastly appreciated those 15000+ relevant Interview Questions, that popped-up online when interviewing a candidate ( even over phone ), using
IIT (Ocassional )

Ø They liked the idea of being able to customize / control this Recruitment Platform. Besides being able to “ Vote “ at Poll-e-Ticks , they could freely add to the database of

o 86 IT Skills
o 43 Non-IT Functions
o 60000+ keywords
o 15000+ Interview Questions

But obviously, 271 Corporates cannot keep on interviewing same 33 candidates,again and again !

And 4 of us ( including my boss who keeps sending these emails ) have no access to those thousands of text resumes lying on your harddisk !

Please, give us a break ! Tell them about http://www.indiarecruiter.net/ As soon as a candidate registers, you will find his / her PEN ( Permanent Executive Number ) at PEN-WISE Search.

Converting a plain text resume ( even your own, lying on your harddisk ) into a Graphical Profile is as simple as pasting it at Doubting Thomas ( for which you don’t even need to register / login –although Free )
