Now there is no reason for you to suffer a text resume. Next time when you receive one, simply phone and ask the candidate,

“ What is your PEN ( Permanent Executive Number ) ? ”

( to you, his PEN matters more than his PIN or PAN ! )

Then tell him, “ We only accept candidates’ Profiles ! ”
You need not whisper ! You have a right to roar !
