Have you ever witnessed following scenario ?


Interviewer # 1

Q : - Where did you study ?


Interviewer # 2

Q : - When ( at what age ) did you pass MBA ?


Interviewer # 3

Q : - What is your current / last drawn salary ?


Interviewer # 1

Q : - During your entire career, how many companies have you worked for ?


Interviewer # 2

Q : - How long have you been in your current job ?


If you have, then obviously, those interviewers, are not viewing on their computers, that candidate’s

Profiles

Only question to which Profiles does not provide an answer, is

“ Why did you leave your last job ? ”

because, we do not expect the candidate to provide a truthful answer ( either in resume or across – the – table ! )

Profiles is not a truth – serum ; but it is the next best thing !
