If you have already downloaded Resume Rater V – 2.0, you would want to download Interviewer ( launched on 04 Feb, 2008 ).

Interviewer is an Offline tool. It contains,

· 15,000+ Interview Questions , some of which pop-up when you click on any keyword in the resume. That makes you an “ Expert Interviewer " !

· A Resume Search Engine, which searches resumes on your hard disk and displays the results in descending order of Relevance ( Percentile Score ) ( so you need to read only the top 4/5 )

· Facility to replicate http://www.indiarecruiter.net/ on your local hard disk ! ( Our own version of Google Gear ).

In course of time, Interviewer will be referred amongst the HR professionals, as Recruitment Nirvana !!
