Dear HR Manager / Recruiter,
Rs.10 per hour ?
Sure.
There is no need to spend Rs.4000 per hour at Reliance Webworld , to conduct a Video-Interview when you can do it from your office / home for as little as Rs.10 per hour !
That is as far as COST is concerned.
But what about PRODUCTIVITY / EFFICIENCY ?
At the Webworld ,
Ø Can your HR team members located in Mumbai-Delhi-Kolkatta-Chennai, conduct simultaneous interview of the same candidate located in Bangalore ?
[ At Webworld, you will pay thru your nose for Video-
Conferencing - besides all team members will need to
go to the nearest Webworld in their respective cities
and log-on at the same time ]
Ø Can you see the candidate’s resume on the video-screen ? [ No way ]
Ø Can you, then, click on a keyword in candidate’s on-screen resume, to pop-up a number of Interview Questions ? [ Impossible ]
Ø Can any team member, fill-up an ON-SCREEN “Candidate Assessment Form”, independently [ -and even as interview is progressing and candidate’s answers / replies are being heard by all the team members ] then instantly email his assessment to the other team-members? [ Recruitment Nirvana ? ]
Ø Let me offer you a glimpse of how ( nearly ) all interviews will get conducted by end of 2009, at
Video-Interviewing in Easy
In case of question, do not hesitate to phone me.
