Next, you must market yourself aggressively by blasting your Profiles to approx.7000 Corporates / Recruitment Agencies in 343 cities ( absolutely FREE ).

At the same time, you do not want to project a poor image – in case your Percentile Score is quite low in FUNCTION / SKILL graphs. Percentile Score gets automatically computed from your Raw Score ( My Standing ).

But, you can,

-- change your Percentile Score

-- by changing your Raw Score

-- by editing your text resume

( Submit Resume > why edit Resume ? )

One more reason, if our software assigned you a low Raw Score / Percentile Score, could be that our software is dumb !

May be our software does not know

-- your unique FUNCTION / SKILL

-- important / relevant “Keywords” Pertaining to your unique FUNTION / SKILL.

You can correct that situation by

-- visiting Poll-e-Ticks

-- adding your UNIQUE function / skill

-- adding relevant keywords

-- voting for these keywords

-- then, asking a lot of your friends to vote for these keywords.

-- then, send me an email asking me to add your UNIQUE function/ skill in our database.
