Dear Sir / Madam

Burn the Haystack !

Thanks you for posting a Job – Advt on

www.indiaRecruiter.net

It will remain visible / accessible to candidates till you delete it. There are also provisions for you to

Ø Edit / modify a “live” advt
Ø Modify / repost a “deleted” advt
Ø Vacancy Blast a “live advt to over
2600 + Recruitment Agencies / Headhunters

Vacancy Blast provision is extremely useful for the following reasons :

Ø Your are no more passively waiting for some candidates to “ discover ” your job advt. during routing job-search.

Ø By informing 2600 + Recruitment Agencies / Headhunters, located in 343 cities, you are casting your net wide. Between them, these Recruitment Agencies / Headhunter, have 10 times more resumes than Monster / Naukri and Timesjobs combined.

Ø Headhunter amongst these 2600 + have resumes of Senior Managers, which you will not find on any job-portal ! Nor do such Senior Executives ever conduct a job – search on any job – portal !

Ø Headhunters follow a strict and highly ethical “code of conduct”, Unless specifically requested, they will NOT forward the resumes of such Senior Executives to any Corporate, in an unsolicited manner and without, first checking – out with the concerned executive.

Ø Headhunters will not upload / re-publish your vacancy on any job-portal without your prior permission.

At best of times, talent acquisition is tough. When it comes to quickly locating that needle in the haystack don’t search.

Just burn the haystack !

With Warm Regards,
