Simplest way to use it is to create a MASTER FOLDER by copying the contents of all the folders on your harddisk.

Then “ rate “ that MASTER FOLDER .

This eliminates the need to remember what kind of text resumes you have stored in which folder and when !

And it does not matter if some of these folders contain documents other than resumes !

Then do make the “ right move “ by downloading
